Become a Member
The CCPIEP promotes sustainable bilateral
trade between Ecuador and Poland.
NOTE:
- Memberships are valid for 12 months and will be automatically renewed, subject to prior notification.
- Founding members will be granted exclusive benefits in terms of visibility and institutional participation.
- Special agreements may be established with partner associations or guilds to offer collective discounts.
- All fees are subject to annual review by the Board of Directors.
Membership Requirements
Any individual or legal entity interested in becoming part of the Ecuadorian–Polish Chamber of Commerce must comply with the following requirements, which vary according to their legal status and type of membership.
General Requirements
- Duly completed membership application form.
- Letter of motivation or intent, stating the interest in joining the Chamber.
- Copy of national ID or Taxpayer Registry (RUC).
- Acceptance of the Chamber’s statutes and ethical principles.
- Reference from a current member (when applicable).
- Approval of the application by the Board of Directors.
For Corporations or Organizations
- Duly completed membership application form.
- Letter of motivation or intent, stating the interest in joining the Chamber.
- Copy of national ID or Taxpayer Registry (RUC).
- Acceptance of the Chamber’s statutes and ethical principles.
- Reference from a current member (when applicable).
- Resolution of Legal Status and Board of Directors, duly legalized and valid in Ecuador or Poland.
- Resolution of the General Assembly of members/partners approving, by majority vote, the decision to join the Chamber as an active member.
